This is Ty a.k.a. Doc
With the training I received and the life experiences I have had, I continue to transform and educate people for the betterment of self, community, and the world, supporting you in getting more out of your definition of recovery, your definition of living well, and and your definition of being the true YOU. I work from the answers, asking open-ended, empowering questions to help you realize the most appropriate and successful path to take, moving forward with your recovery to transformed, sustained, positive choices and behaviors. I provide tools for motivation and movement, focusing on goal setting and self-discovery or rediscovery, while celebrating and respecting your individuality and the different roads and approaches you have taken and will take towards real and meaningful change. I will work with you towards YOUR light - the gifts and goodness you have no matter what your circumstance are or have been.
